ya-allah: The importance of observing Taqwa correctly at all times cannot be stressed enough, SubhanAllah. Often when seeking potential spouses in this day and age, Taqwa is overlooked. It is important to consider deen and Taqwa combined. For if a potential were whole heartedly dedicated to this deen and attaining Jannah, then their remembrance of Allah will never fade nor falter. In addition to overlooking Taqwa, people tend to get swept away in the excitment surrounding the possibility of coming accross a possible future life partner, and forget their own Taqwa. In sha Allah, before we can even co contemplate completing half our deen, let us all observe Taqwa correctly and understand its true essence, meaning and beauty. Ameen thumma Ameen!
